Japanese Retailer Muji to Open Largest Store in the Philippines
Japanese culture and brands are surely finding a home in the Philippines. Japanese retailer MUJI will be having its largest store in the Philippines in the first half of 2021. It will be located at the prime Shangri-La Plaza Mall in Mandaluyong.
Muji already has a branch in Shangri-La Plaza but was closed for renovation since September 2020. Upon opening the branch will occupy a total floor area of 1,400 square meters from its previous 400 square meters.
According to reports, the branch will have over 4,000 items from the MUJI catalog which includes health and beauty. furniture, apparel, stationary and more.
What's very exciting about this store is that it will also feature the first MUJI Water Refilling Service. The store will be selling its branded reusable water bottles at Php160. These water bottles can then be refilled for free in-store.
If you want to visit MUJI once it's all ready, come to the rd floor of Shangri-La Plaza's East Wing, EDSA corner Shaw Boulevard at the Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong City. They also have branches in Greenbelt 3, Bonifacio High Street Central, and Power Plant Mall.
