Philippines Won World Cosplay Championships
Team Philippines has won the GICOF 2019 World Cosplay Championships!
The tandem of Sergio Sta. Ana (cosplaying as Gokou) and Winn Evangelista (cosplaying as Vegeta) bags 1st Place at the recently concluded GICOF 2019 World Championships in Bucheon Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
Sergio Sta. Ana and Winn Evangelista are both members of Z Warriors, a group of Dragon Ball Z cosplayers. This group is one of the oldest cosplay group in the Philippine organized by Tomas Jefferson Hernandez way back in early 2010.
Veteran and celebrity cosplayer, Liui Aquino serves as the Team Manager. He also helped in the improvement of some of the costumes.
