Disguise:a Cosplay Night at Viajeros

The first ever cosplay located at a food park is finally happening - Disguise:a Cosplay Night at Viajeros. The event will be on November 24, 2018, Saturday at Viajeros Food Park located at Blk 29A Lot 18 Phase 3 Brookeside Lane, Brgy. San Francisco, General Trias, Cavite.

How To Register for Disguise:a Cosplay Night at Viajeros?

There will be an open cosplay ramp competition for male, female and kids category. Pre-registration for participants starts on November 10, 2018 (Saturday) until November 23, 2018 (Friday).

Registration can be done online through http://bit.ly/viajeroscosplay or contact Mr. Marwin at 0975 3940 161. There will be a Php150 registration fee, in which P100 can be used for food purchase among the merchants at Viajeros.

There will be no registration at the event. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Don't worry because there will be cash prizes await all the winners!

The event is done in partnership with Naruto Cosplayers PH (NCPH) and Red Cloud Interactive together with GoCavite.com.

Disguise:a Cosplay Night at Viajeros Full Mechanics

There will be 3 different categories for each participant.

Male Category - (all types)
Female Category - (all types)
Kids Category - (Age 1-12 years old)

For all cosplayers, we still encourage characters that are suitable for general patronage and guests that are kids.
Armors, props and other heavy equipment of each participant must have proper storage or bag for the safety of other guests.
Pre-registration starts on November 10 to November 23, 2018. There will be no registration on the event day. Message Mr. Marwin at 0975 3940 161.
Cosplay competition will start at exactly 7PM. Participants are expected to be present earlier or 4PM.
Music Materials, props or paraphernalia should be given to the organizers prior to the event time. Participants can give it during the assembly time.
There will be an entrance fee of 150 consumable of 100 pesos to each participant and guests.
