Attack on Titan Live Action invades Philippine cinemas

Pioneer Films confirms the showing of Shingeki No Kyojin (Attack on Titan) Live Action in the Philippines beginning August 12. It has been years that there is a rumor about a live action movie and now it is a reality. The film which translates into realistic characters and uses visual graphics to bring into the big screen one of the most followed, watched and read manga-anime-graphic novel of modern times.

The film is directed by Shinji Higuchi and based on the manga series of the same name by Hajime Isayama. The films two parts will be release first in Japan on August 1, 2015 and the second part, titled Attack on Titan: End of the World (Shingeki no Kyojin: Endo obu za Wārudo), immediately to follow on September 19, 2015.

Attack on Titan Live Action Part 1 will be released, August 12 to Philippine theaters nationwide including SM Cinemas, Ayala Cinemas, Robinson's Cinemas, and others.

As for Attack on Titan: End of the World, there is no definitive release date yet.
