16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta!
Get a chance to experience a different cosplaying experience!
Cosplay Coswalk and Competition and Highlights will happen inside Hotdog on
Sticks Activity Center inside the Hot Air Balloon event!

- First 25 Cosplayers - Free entrance to Hot-Air Balloon and Activity Center + Free Photo at the Photobooth at the Activity Center
