Causeplay: People Power, Cosplay Power for Children's Cancer

Naruto Cosplayers PH (NCPH) will be having their second Cosplay for a Cause event this 2011. It will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the People Power Revolution on February 25. The event which is a PHOTOSHOOT FOR A CAUSE is dubbed as "People Power, Cosplay Power for Children's Cancer". The proceeds of the fund raising for the event will be used for an event at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center especially for children who are cancer patients.

Everyone is being requested to donate 50 pesos. Proceeds will go to the cancer patient and costing spent for the photographers food and memorabilia. The event will be on Feb. 25 and 26 at the Quezon City Memorial Circle. Call time will start at 1:00pm and the photo shoot begins at 2:00pm.

As of January 28, there will be 4 to 5 cosplay photographers at the event to take photos. These photos will also be given to the kids so am sure that they will be inspired by it. The organizers is limiting the number of participants to 100 cosplayers per day so better check it out at their Facebook Event Page.

Participants are also invited to bring their dinner since this will be a potluck event and the donation cannot possibly shoulder the food. There will be two days so you should specify which day you will come so that others can attend and slots will be available for them.
