ANIMAX ANI-MATE IN FOCUS: Rhianna-Jan Floresca

ANIMAX ANI-MATE IN FOCUS:  Rhianna Floresca.  Beginning today we will feature our very own EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW from each of the Animates who will go on for the FINALS at the Animax Carnival on December 9, 2012 at Robinsons Place, Ermita, Manila.  Our first ANIMAX Ani-mate in Focus is Rhianna Floresca.
Rhianna started cosplaying just this February so she is relatively new in cosplaying.  The inspiration for her to cosplay is the fact that she wanted to return the favor to those characters that she have loved and have been a part of her life already.
Rhianna had already cosplayed characters like IMikan Sakura from Gakuen Alice and Ayuzawa Misaki from Kaichou wa Maid-sama.
We asked each of the Ani-mate finalist to answer our specific questions as well and here they are:
WHY DO YOU COSPLAY?

Ever since I was a kid, I have always watched anime. Everytime I went home from school, I would always watch my favorite shows on tv; buy goodies with the faces of my favorite characters; practice singing to the opening and/or ending theme songs of the series - it was a part of my life. Now that I've grown up, this is my way of reliving everything that I have enjoyed in my younger years and also a homage to everything that my favorite anime stood for.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST EXPERIENCE IN COSPLAYING?

Mikan Sakura from Gakuen Alice was my first cosplay and I won 2nd place in the competition that I joined whilecosplaing her. Plus, being a part of the 7 finalists in the Animax Ani-mate Search.

WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE TO OTHER COSPLAYERS?

Hi everyone! Let's do our best in what we do, aspire to be great cosplayers, and have fun!

We will surely see more of Rhianna in the near future as she plan to continue cosplaying characters from her favorite console games and anime.
